To access the system or VLE (either use www.umi.ac.ug -click on VLE on the right hand upper corner) or go directly to vle.umi.ac.ug- login in using your details- choose academic year 2016/2017 (bottom left hand), click on the respective course (eg-DPPM or DME- choose the module (e.g, MSI, MIS, QM)- then click on reading materials and schedules-You will be able to see the reader in pdf
