Quantities methods are very important in decision making to answer many statistical questions that managers face in their decisions. Quantitative Methods play a significant role both in the practical solutions of business problems. Business managers have to take decisions on a wide range of issues for instance; what prices to charge, how much to produce, how many staff to employ, how much to pay them..etc.
The decisions on these questions and many more, are very critical in the business success because the decision on such issues will have knock-on effect on the company's costs, revenues and most importantly profits. These sorts of business issues however, require the knowledge and application of Quantitative Methods/Techniques.
